From time to time, we stumble across lists online insurance companies. What makes them the top 10 insurance companies and why are they on this list? Are they really insurance companies trying to promote themselves or are they actual people telling us about the top ten companies? If they are actual people telling us about the top companies, why are they doing it? Were they paid off by those companies? Were they paid by someone to write that article? Is the list even true? Those are some questions that go through our mind when we see a collection of multiple insurance companies in one article. I do not want to give you yet another list, but I do want to tell you what makes a company the best and maybe why the companies are listed as being the best in some articles.
Really, what makes the insurance agency the best one? There are a number of fine qualities they need to have in our book in order to be on our top ten list. One of those qualities is the service they offer. A good customer service that is friendly and fast is definitely a must.
You do not want to go with an agency that procrastinates. What will happen when you get into an accident and have to file a claim? Will they take a week to return your call? That is why we believe having good, fast customer service should be required.
